Training Programme for Caregivers and
Centre Heads
Training programme is designed to equip caregivers and centre heads with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide the best care possible. The caregivers will be trained to provide direct care and support to individuals or communities in need, while centre heads will become professionals to oversee and manage the overall operations and activities of the NGO's programms and services.

Have Two Courses
Enroll in our programme and help us in our mission to provide better care for the special ones.
Course for Caregivers:
Trainees enrolled in this course will be inducted into the Navkshitij spirit of care and compassion. He/she will receive lessons in theory and hands-on training in taking care of IDs and senior citizens.
Course for Centre Heads:
Trainees enrolled in this course will be empowered to start and run a residential unit for IDs on the guidelines of the Navkshitij model. They will be trained in operations, management, accounting, integrity and transparency.
Eligibility criteria for the Courses:
Eligibility criteria for admission:
- Age 18–45
- Class VIII pass or one year of caregiving experience
The course is designed to give a dignified vocation to school drop-outs, needy women and people inclined towards service as their calling in life.
Eligibility criteria for admission:
- Age 20–45
- Graduate in any stream or three years’ work experience
